1 On the 30th day of March, 1961, Theodore Roosevelt Norvill, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that while employed by Paul Hardeman, Inc., he sustained an accidental injury on February, 2, 1961. The State Industrial Court denied an award and this proceeding is brought by claimant against the employer and its insurance carrier, Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company, to review the order denying the award.
