Plaintiff, Gerald Norwood, brought this action against his partner in the contracting business, Fred T. Judd, for a dissolution of the partnership and for an accounting. It was stipulated that a partnership existed between the parties, and that the main issues to be decided by the trial court were when the partnership began, and when, if at all, it terminated.
